Monthly coaching for early-stage startups includes:

  • Weekly online meeting 1-1.5h
    • Occasional face-to-face meetings are possible in the Helsinki city center area.
  • Whatsapp chat for little questions that can be answered on the go. We'll discuss the bigger dilemmas at the weekly meeting.

The goal is to find a smash your current bottlenecks and build an overall view of where to go next. Common questions to work on are:

  • How to get the next clients? From where? Who are my clients?
    • Do I need to have crazy-ass CRM and analytics set up for this? Or maybe I can get more of the "first clients" by doing "things that don't scale" --> Often faster and cheaper.
  • Where do we need more helping hands?
    • Should I use scarce resources in marketing? Product? Sales?
  • Do we need to build more of the product?
    • Is the amount of development resources slowing us down, or can we test a hypothesis with "PREtotyping" (PREtotyping and PROtotyping are different - read more here

It's also working on your decision-making:

  • I'm afraid of making a big risky decision..
